Identification of customers
For the sake of safety in serving all customers and to meet international standards of customer identification at the Out-Patient Department (OPD) and In-Patient Department (IPD), a wrist band is tied around your wrist. This wrist band contains all information about you such as title, name, surname, date of birth, and Hospital Number, which indentify you at every step of treatment together with an additional Admission Number (AN) in case of being an in-patient in the hospital, At any step of service, staff will review at least 2 items of your identification such as name-surname and date of birth.
Therefore, the hospital requests you to cooperate with the process of identification review for the sake of efficiency and accuracy in service.
Terminal cases
Patients who have reached the final stage of a serious diseases and cannot be cured, are called “terminal cases”. The hospital provides both physical and mental care i.e. counseling to the patients and their relatives. We help them to make a proper plan for caring for the patients within their capacity. The relatives are also prepared to face the loss of their loved ones so that the patients might pass away peacefully.
