ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE
MARKETING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS
The hospital is entering its 64th years of serving the community. We have been consistently developing our 24 hrs-service (Surgical Department, Pediatric Department, Gynecological Department and Ear-Nose-Throat Department) with 79 medical specialists to assist and serve for a wide range of diseases. The Marketing Department contacts organizations and companies outside to offer different kinds of services such as annual check up or check up for employment, The Marketing Department spreads the news through BCH journal, PR in the hospital, BCH website and SMS etc.
ACCOUNGTING AND FINANCE
Accounting and Finance Department receives payments, clarifies information concerning treatment and coordinates with other departments concerning the details of the list of payment, rightly and fairly.
1. Accounting and Finance Department will send customers an invoice every 3 days. Please bring the invoice to pay your expense at the 5th floor, Moh Welles Building (7 a.m.-9 p.m.). Late payment can be done at OPD Finance Department, Ground floor Prasong chairatana Building,. Cash, cashier’s cheque, bank draft, or credit card are all acceptable; the receipt will be given on the discharge day.
2. For any deposit that the customer has paid in advance, the balance after the deduction of the treatment expense may be received at 5th floor, Moh Welles Building, on the discharge day.
3. The hospital has no policy to let the staff collect the payment at the patient’s room, except by the patient’s request. For more information, please contact IPD Finance Department at tel. 02062509000 ext 30520, 30521, 30522
4. If a the customer wishes to claim expenses from an insurance contract or any other form of contract, please inform at the IPD Department of your rights and submit the necessary documents.
The discharge time is 2 p.m. daily, the room charge is counted from the time of admission.
NURTITION
The Nutrition Department produces and serves clean, nutritious and safe food according to the doctor’s recommendation. The patients and their relatives are carefully advised concerning suitable nutrition and food therapy in order to adjust their behavior and to look after themselves property. The Nutrition department arranges food according to patients’ requests and the doctor’s advice by letting the patients choose the menu they prefer one day beforehand.
Timetable for daily food delivery to the patient’s room:
- Breakfast 7 a.m. – 8 a.m.
- Lunch 7 a.m. – 12 noon
- Dinner 4.30 p.m. - 5 p.m.
If the patients request a dish outside the arranged menu, they might order ones from the menu for the patients’ relatives (except Western food, which costs more, depending on its type), or if patients want to have a meal outside the timetable, please inform the staff at the ward or the Nutrition Department.
Apart from this, the hospital also provides nutritionists to visit and advise the patients. Pamphlets about food therapy are available, such as properdict for diabetes, hypertension, or high cholesterol.
LADDAWAN FOOD COURT
Apart from food service for patients, Laddawan Food Court on the 1st Floor, Moh Welles Building also provides a variety of food and drinks for all customers, opening from 6.30 a.m.-7.30 p.m..
