This department helps the patient in estimating the expenses of the procedure and treatment and checks the welfare rights that the patients might have with their organization such as governmental welfare, insurance contract, governmental officer right etc.

The department also coordinates with the insurance company that you have a contract with to review all the lists of the expenses during your stay in the hospital.

Serves in the area of ,communicating information to customer : translation service such as Korean, Japanese, Cambodia , Burmese and Karen languages, service of visa extension for foreign customers, visiting a newly admitted patient, including providing medical documents such as patient's report for insurance claim , private companies, governmental units, medical certificate , Health Insurance Claim Form , health report for such as vaccination

This department also coordinates with other departments in the hospital for the convenience of the patient and receives comments from customers to improve our service.

The Admission Office will assist in finding a room, for you according to your request and, your rights, and makes advance reservations. In the case that an insurance company, or contract partner is covering your expenses, the room, provided will be according to your contractual rights.
